U.S. adults on social media effects on society 2023, by age group
According to a November 2023 survey of adults living in the United States, 56 percent of those aged 18 to 29 years stated that they felt social media was good for society. Overall, 43 percent of respondents aged 30 to 44 years felt the same. Furthermore, almost 40 percent of respondents belonging to the 65 and over age group thought that social media was bad for society.
