Male mortality rate heart diseases Japan 2012-2021
In 2021, approximately 173.7 men per 100,000 population died from heart diseases in Japan, an increase from around 151.6 men per 100,000 inhabitants in 2012. Heart diseases, excluding hypertensive heart diseases, were the leading cause of death among the male population in the country in 2021 after malignant neoplasms.
