Take-up rate for warehouses in the logistics market in France 2014-2022
The annual take-up rate for warehouses over 5,000 square meters in the occupier industrial and logistic market in both Lille and Greater Paris declined in 2022. In Greater Paris, the amount of warehousing space newly let, pre-let, sold, or pre-sold in 2022 amounted to approximately 1.1 million square meters, down from nearly 1.3 million square meters in 2021. Most of the space occupied was in Grade A properties. Across Europe, the markets with the most take-up were Birmingham, Madrid, and Greater Paris.
