Share of businesses in Bogota, Colombia using social commerce 2021, by type
In the capital of Colombia, Bogota, and some of the 59 municipalities in this jurisdiction, nearly half of the surveyed registered businesses used social media as a channel to sell their products and services in 2021. On the other hand, only a quarter of all unregistered factories, business premises and residences without registration used these platforms as a marketing channel, a significantly smaller portion in comparison.
