Share of people undertaking one-day business trips in Japan 2022, by age and gender
In 2022, the age and gender groups that went on the most daytrips for business purposes in Japan were men in their forties with more than 12 percent, and women in their twenties with almost five percent. Overall, 5.9 percent of all Japanese men had a same-day business trip that year, while the same applied to only 2.2 percent of all Japanese women.
