Decline in patient number with chronic conditions by quality of life U.S. 2002-2012
This statistic shows the decline in number of U.S. patients with complex chronic conditions by quality of life impairment for the period 2002-2012. In this period, there were nearly 800 thousand fewer patients experiencing functional impairment in their quality of life. This decline is mostly the result of new and improved treatments.
