According to a survey conducted in May 2023, 65 percent of respondents reported not having used any online websites and mobile apps to learn a foreign language. Among those who reported using online language learning programs, Duolingo was the most popular with 23 percent of respondents reporting having used the app. Rosetta Stone and Babbel ranked second, with eight percent of respondents reporting having used these language learning apps, respectively.
