According to a survey carried out in France, one in two business-to-business (B2B) suppliers will be challenged to increase their e-commerce revenue by 2025. Moving customer purchases and therefore offline sales to online channels is expected to be the second-biggest challenge, with 38 percent of answers. Third in the ranking came customer data management, another area requiring suppliers' efforts by 2025.
