The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, has caused the hotel industry considerable disruption as a result of social distancing measures and a decrease in travel. According to the survey, as of October (16 to18) 2020, 50 percent of U.S. travelers were less likely to stay overnight in a hotel in the United States in the next six months in light of the outbreak of the coronavirus. In contrast, 34 percent of respondents stated that they felt that there was no change in their attitude to staying overnight in a hotel.
