Italy: retail sales of meat substitutes by sourced protein 2015-2022

According to data, the retail sales value of meat substitute products steadily increased in Italy. From 2015 to 2018, the sales of soy based products moved from around 70 to 90 million US dollars. The source predicted a further increase in the following years.
